Associate Membership Application
An Associate Member of the Downtown Cambridge Business Improvement Area is a
professional individual, business, property owner or non-profit organization whose
office or business is located in:
1. The area surround but not included in the existing BIA boundary*
2. In an area not adjacent to any other Business Improvement Area*
*Some exceptions apply. The Downtown Cambridge BIA Board of Directors reserve the right to approve or deny any Associate Membership requests.

General Sponsorship Grant
Any project looking for funding, with its main goal being in line with the Preston Towne Centre BIA.

Signage and Decorative Lighting Improvement Grant
A Downtown Cambridge BIA program that assists business owners and landlords to improve the façade of buildings with, awnings, signage, and decorative lighting occupied by a targeted or non-targeted ground floor use.
